확대 [신간]『나는 AI를 직원으로 뒀다』/CTN문학관

지식정보기술(IT) 전문가인 장동익 저자는 신간 『나는 AI를 직원으로 뒀다: 중소기업, 소상공인을 위한 일하는 방식의 AI혁명』을 통해, 소상공인과 중소기업 CEO가 90일 만에 자신만의 '온톨로지(Ontology, 지식 체계)'를 구축하고 AI 에이전트를 실전에 활용할 수 있는 명쾌한 로드맵을 제시한다.

특히 부록에는 실전에서 바로 쓸 수 있는 소스데이터 192개와 AI 활용 프롬프트 404개의 풍부한 사례가 담겨 실용성을 높였다.

저자인 장동익 고문(한국디지털문인협회)은 서울대 상대 졸업 후 삼미그룹 기획조정실 상무이사를 거쳐 IT 기업 렉스켄을 창업했던 베테랑 비즈니스맨이다. 2025년부터 급발전해 온 ‘에이전트 AI’ 기술과 반세기 동안 축적한 비즈니스 통찰을 접목해, 현재는 4,000여 명의 제자를 양성하며 스마트워킹 혁신을 이끌고 있다.

저자는 "기술이 아무리 발전해도 사업의 방향을 정하고 관계에 온기를 더하는 것은 결국 사람의 몫"이라며, "이 책을 통해 소상공인과 중소기업 리더들이 효율성과 사람다움을 동시에 갖춘 경쟁력을 확보하길 기대한다"고 전했다.

IT expert and author Jang Dong-ik presents a clear roadmap for small business owners and SME CEOs to build their own 'Ontology' (knowledge system) and deploy AI agents in the field within 90 days in his new book, I Hired AI as an Employee: The AI Work Revolution for Small Businesses and SMEs.
Rather than focusing on technical flashiness, this book centers on how to teach the context of a business to AI. It provides step-by-step guidance on constructing an 'ontology'—a structured knowledge system covering product and service frameworks, customer traits, and business processes—so that AI can truly understand the context.
The 90-day roadmap consists of: ▲ Month 1: Data integration via Google Drive ▲ Month 2: Establishing ontology using NotebookLM ▲ Month 3: Activating AI agents to drive actual sales. Notably, the appendix includes 192 source data samples and 404 real-world AI prompt examples for immediate field application.
The author, Jang Dong-ik, an advisor to the Korea Digital Writers Association, is a veteran businessman who graduated from Seoul National University's College of Commerce, served as Managing Director of the Planning and Coordination Office at Sammi Group, and founded the IT company Rexken. Combining half a century of business insight with 'Agent AI' technology, which has developed rapidly since 2025, he has trained over 4,000 students and continues to lead smart-working innovations.
"No matter how advanced technology becomes, defining the business direction and adding warmth to relationships ultimately remains the human's job," the author notes.
