He also presented a firm vision regarding the low birth rate and population decline that make young people hesitate to settle down after graduation. Lee emphasized that instead of mechanical integration and closure of small-scale schools, he would actively nurture "Rural/Agricultural/Fishing Hub Schools," introducing individualized, customized education and AI-based learning support systems advantageous for small student bodies to fundamentally block educational gaps. Through this, he plans to complete a "long-term educational roadmap" where parents can safely raise children even 10 or 20 years from now.

Furthermore, accepting a proposal to transform university spaces into areas for exploration rather than mere entrance examination goals, he pledged the "Chungnam-style University Campus Career Experience Model." The plan involves regularizing major experiences for each department at least twice a year and intensively developing practice programs in AI, digital, and engineering fields utilizing the regional strengths of Cheonan and Asan, transforming the human and material infrastructure of universities into the greatest assets of Chungnam education.

At the end of the meeting, Lee reflected on his past as a "printing press boy" and his 39-year educational career, offering warm encouragement to the youth: "Success is not a standard set by others, but continuously doing what you feel is meaningful."
