이외에도 보건의료 정보 품질 향상을 위한 전문 인력 배치, 무자격자 근절을 위한 지도 점검 체계 강화, 안경 지원 사업의 실효성 검토 등 분야별 핵심 과제들이 테이블 위에 올랐다. 장 후보는 과거 시의원 시절 공공보건 전문성 강화를 위해 보건소장 의사 임용 원칙을 관철했던 이력을 언급하며, 민간이 감당하기 어려운 영역을 공공이 책임지는 구조를 반드시 완성하겠다고 다짐했다.
이번 간담회는 구호로만 외치는 복지가 아닌 데이터와 현장 전문가의 목소리가 결합된 실질적인 공공의료 청사진을 제시했다는 점에서 평가할 만하다. 장 후보가 제시한 인공지능 기반의 지급주의 복지 모델이 천안 시정에 도입되어 복지 행정의 질적 도약을 이뤄낼 수 있을지 지역 사회의 기대가 쏠리고 있다.

Other key tasks on the table included deploying professional personnel to improve the quality of healthcare information, strengthening monitoring systems to eradicate unqualified practitioners, and reviewing the effectiveness of eyewear support projects. Mentioning his past track record as a city councilor—where he insisted on the principle of appointing physicians as health center directors to strengthen public health expertise—Jang vowed to complete a structure where the public sector takes responsibility for areas that the private sector cannot handle.
This meeting is noteworthy for presenting a practical public healthcare blueprint that combines data with the voices of field experts rather than just shouting welfare slogans. Expectations are high in the local community to see if the AI-based provisionist welfare model proposed by Candidate Jang will be introduced to Cheonan's administration and achieve a qualitative leap in welfare governance.
