[천안/CTN]강현수 기자 = 천안시자원봉사센터가 지역사회 곳곳에 분산된 최고 수준의 전문 인재들을 체계적으로 발굴하고 연계해 차원 높은 맞춤형 자원봉사 생태계 구축에 전격 나섰다.

센터는 지난 15일 천안시서북구치매안심센터에서 스타훈련교사협의회와 재능기부 활성화를 위한 업무협약을 체결하고, 흩어져 있는 민간의 고도화된 전문 능력을 지역 사회 복지망에 적극 수용하기로 선언했다. 이번 협약은 탁월한 직업훈련 성과를 입증한 전문가 집단의 자발적 참여를 유도해 자원봉사 활동의 질적 고도화를 이루려는 선제적 시도다.

협약 내용에 따라 두 기관은 재능기부 봉사 프로그램의 공동 기획 및 운영을 비롯해 복지 증진을 위한 인력과 정보의 교류, 재능기부 관련 협력사업 추진, 나눔문화 확산을 위한 상호 협력 체계 가동 등을 다각도로 추진할 방침이다. 자원봉사센터는 현장에서 오랜 기간 축적된 스타훈련교사들의 실무 노하우가 복지 취약계층의 실질적인 삶의 질 향상으로 이어질 것으로 확신하고 있다.

송민규 스타훈련교사협의회장은 "회원들이 가진 독보적인 전문성을 지역 사회와 아낌없이 나누며 지속적인 재능기부 활동에 가장 적극적인 자세로 참여하겠다"고 약속했다. 이어 김용석 천안시자원봉사센터장은 "이번 협약은 단순한 일회성 봉사를 넘어 전문가들의 고도의 재능을 지역사회의 적재적소와 연결하는 뜻깊은 출발점이다"라며 "앞으로도 민간단체와의 강력한 협업 체계를 가동해 시민들이 일상에서 체감할 수 있는 선진형 자원봉사 문화를 정착시켜 나가겠다"고 강조했다.

한편 센터는 이번 협약과 발맞추어 교육, 문화예술, 이미용, 상담, 생활기술, 공예, IT, 체육 등 총 8개 분야에서 전문 기술과 경험을 보유한 시민들을 대상으로 재능나눔 전문자원봉사자를 연중 상시 모집 중이다. 동참을 원하는 시민은 천안시자원봉사센터를 통해 상시 접수할 수 있다.

민간 전문가들의 자발적인 재능 기부는 공공 구제 체계가 미처 미치지 못하는 틈새를 정밀하게 메우는 가장 효과적인 대안이다. 현장의 베테랑들이 구축한 치밀한 나눔 네트워크가 천안의 복지 인프라를 한 단계 격상시키는 강력한 마중물이 될 것으로 기대된다.

The center signed a business agreement with the Star Training Teacher Association to activate talent donation at the Cheonan Seobuk-gu Dementia Care Center on the past 15th, declaring that it would actively absorb advanced private expertise into the local social welfare network. This agreement is a preemptive attempt to achieve qualitative advancement in volunteer activities by inducing voluntary participation from an expert group with proven excellence in vocational training.

According to the agreement, the two organizations plan to promote the joint planning and operation of talent donation volunteer programs, exchange of human resources and information for welfare enhancement, promotion of talent donation cooperation projects, and activation of a mutual cooperation system for spreading a culture of sharing. The volunteer center is confident that the practical know-how accumulated by star training teachers over a long period will lead to substantive improvements in the quality of life for vulnerable groups.

Song Min-gyu, chairman of the Star Training Teacher Association, promised, "We will generously share the unique expertise of our members with the local community and participate in continuous talent donation activities with the most active attitude." Kim Yong-seok, director of the Cheonan City Volunteer Center, emphasized, "This agreement goes beyond simple one-time volunteering to become a meaningful starting point linking the high-level talents of experts to the right places in the community," adding, "We will continue to activate strong collaboration with private organizations to establish an advanced volunteer culture that citizens can truly experience in their daily lives."

Meanwhile, in line with this agreement, the center is recruiting "talent-sharing professional volunteers" year-round, targeting citizens with professional skills and experience in a total of eight fields, including education, culture and arts, hair/beauty, counseling, living skills, crafts, IT, and sports. Citizens wishing to participate can apply through the Cheonan Volunteer Center at any time.

The voluntary talent donation of private experts is the most effective alternative to precisely fill the gaps that public relief systems cannot reach. It is highly expected that the meticulous sharing network built by veterans of the field will serve as a powerful catalyst to elevate Cheonan's welfare infrastructure to the next level.
